Exchange / Return / Refund Policy

Summary: Exchange would only take place within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. If your exchange request is approved, then your request will be processed, and within 14 days we will exchange the product. The Company shall arrange pickup and delivery at its own cost.

Returns / Refunds are only approved in the case of a manufacturing defect in the product.

Customers can CANCEL an order only before the Order has been shipped/dispatched. 

For Exchange, Return, Refund, or Cancellation, the buyer can call on the toll free number of the Company on 1800 266 6618 between 11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. on all weekdays except Public Holidays.

Detailed Exchange Policy:

Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days i.e. you can exchange the product purchased from us within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. After the expiry of the period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the product no exchange will be provided.

The product will be exchanged only in case of a manufacturing defect.

In order to identify the manufacturing defect of a product any one of the following process needs to be followed by the buyer:

  1. The buyer can call on the toll free number of the Company on 1800 266 6618 between 11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. on all weekdays except Public Holidays.

 

  1. The buyer needs to send the pictures of the product delivered through email on info@avana.co.in.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a proof of purchase.

In the following circumstances no exchange will be provided:

  1. The product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused due to manufacturer;

 

  1. Any request for exchange beyond a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once the exchange is received and inspected, we will call or email the customer to notify you that we have received the product for exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

An exchange will take place only once the manufacturer or its authorized representatives is satisfied that there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

If your exchange request is approved, then your request will be processed, and within 14 days we will exchange the product and deliver to the customer.

The Company shall arrange pickup and delivery of the product from the buyer at the cost of the Company.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
